Spencer Joseph

This site is managed by Spencer Joseph. Since 1990 Spencer has studied many different areas of health and well being including martial arts, yoga and meditation. He holds recognised, professional therapy qualifications as well as a BA Hons degree in philosophy, and is a member of the following organisations, all of which require professional qualifications and insurance:

The Zen Shiatsu Society
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The Complementary Therapists Association

The UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners
Spencer supports the integrated medicine approach and works with medical associates including General Practitioner Dr. Peter Gruenewald. He follows the tradition of looking for the underlying cause of any health complaint while treating the presenting symptoms. Therefore each person is treated as a unique individual. An initial consultation may include questions regarding medical history, physical complaints, diet, sleep patterns, exercise, work, energy levels and emotional state.
Spencer is a group facilitator and meditation teacher. He lives in London with his wife and son, and continues to develop his knowledge of the mind, body and spirit.
